Delete your account
There are two kinds of Tankersathi account. Find yours below.
Business owners (the Tankersathi app)
The fastest way is in the app itself:
This removes, immediately and permanently:
- Your business profile
- All customers
- All orders
- All expenses
- Any booking requests customers sent you
- Your logo or tanker photo
- All receipt images
- Your public booking link
- Your login itself
Nothing is kept. This cannot be undone and there is no way to recover any of it.
No access to the app?
Message WhatsApp 7813899016 from the phone number your account uses, and ask us to delete your account. We will confirm and complete the deletion within 7 days.
Customers (the Tankersathi Customer app and booking website)
If you use the Tankersathi Customer app or booking website
The fastest way is to do it yourself:
If this number is also a business login, delete it from the Tankersathi business app instead, using the steps above.
No access to your account?
Message WhatsApp 7813899016 and ask us to delete your account. Message from the phone number your account uses or, if you signed in with Google on book.tankersathi.com, include that Google account's email address. We will confirm and complete the deletion within 7 days.
What is removed
- Your customer profile: your name, phone number and delivery address
- Your saved addresses and their map pins
- Your notification tokens
- Your login itself
What is kept
Your bookings, orders and payment records stay with the businesses you ordered from, because those delivery records belong to them, not to us. Each record keeps the name, phone number and address given for that order, plus any location sent with a booking. They are kept until that business deletes them or deletes its account.
